Organizational health and internal communication activation activities such as annual gathering meetings, international events, and recreational activities are two important factors that can significantly impact the success of an organization. Organizational health refers to the overall well-being of an organization, including its culture, leadership, and management practices [55]. On the other hand, internal communication activation activities refer to the extent to which an organization promotes effective communication among its employees through various activities [51]. Research suggests that there is a positive relationship between organizational health and internal communication activation activities. For instance, a study by Reissner and Pagan (2013) found that management communication activities seeking to promote engagement can positively impact employee engagement and well-being [53]. This suggests that when an organization promotes effective communication among its employees, it can positively impact employee engagement and appreciation towards the organization. Moreover, research suggests that effective crisis communication strategies can positively impact employee voice behaviors [52]. A study by Kim and Lim (2020) found that pre-crisis internal reputation and crisis communication strategies can positively affect constructive employee voice behaviors in a crisis situation [52]. This suggests that when an organization communicates effectively with its employees, it can positively impact employee engagement and well-being. Furthermore, research suggests that the relationship between employees and their managers can impact employee communicative behaviors [54]. A study by Lee (2017) found that the relationship between employees and their managers can impact the communicative behaviors of employees during issue periods [54]. This suggests that when employees have a positive relationship with their managers, it can positively impact employee communicative behaviors and appreciation towards the organization. In conclusion, research suggests that there is a positive relationship between organizational health and internal communication activation activities. Organizational health can be improved by promoting a positive organizational culture, effective leadership, and management practices. Internal communication activation activities can be improved by promoting effective communication among employees through various activities such as annual gathering meetings, international events, and recreational activities. By improving both organizational health and internal communication activation activities, organizations can increase their chances of success and achieve their goals and objectives.
