The relationship between organizational health and Internal Communication service satisfaction

Organizational health and internal communication service satisfaction are two important factors that can significantly impact the success of an organization. Organizational health refers to the overall well-being of an organization, including its culture, leadership, and management practices [56]. On the other hand, internal communication service satisfaction refers to the extent to which employees are satisfied with the internal communication services provided by the organization [58]. Research suggests that there is a positive relationship between organizational health and internal communication service satisfaction. For instance, a study by Carrière and Bourque (2009) found that communication satisfaction mediates the relationship between organizational communication practices and job satisfaction and organizational commitment [56]. This suggests that when an organization has effective internal communication practices, it can positively impact employee job satisfaction and commitment to the organization. Moreover, research suggests that internal service quality can positively impact employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment [57]. A study by Back et al. (2010) found that internal service quality is positively related to employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment [57]. This suggests that when an organization provides high-quality internal communication services, it can positively impact employee job satisfaction and commitment to the organization. Furthermore, research suggests that internal communication adequacy can mediate the relationship between employee participation and organizational commitment [58]. A study by Atouba (2021) found that internal communication adequacy mediates the relationship between employee participation and organizational commitment, suggesting that effective internal communication services can positively impact employee commitment to the organization [58]. In conclusion, research suggests that there is a positive relationship between organizational health and internal communication service satisfaction. Organizational health can be improved by promoting a positive organizational culture, effective leadership, and management practices. Internal communication service satisfaction can be improved by providing high-quality internal communication services and ensuring internal communication adequacy. By improving both organizational health and internal communication service satisfaction, organizations can increase their chances of success and achieve their goals and objectives.
