Organizational health and employee awareness of organizational external and internal news are two important factors that can significantly impact the success of an organization. Organizational health refers to the overall well-being of an organization, including its culture, leadership, and management practices [8]. On the other hand, employee awareness of organizational external and internal news refers to the extent to which employees understand and are aligned with the external and internal news of the organization [9]. Although there is limited research on the direct relationship between organizational health and employee awareness of organizational external and internal news, there are several studies that suggest that organizational health and employee awareness of organizational external and internal news are related to other factors that can impact employee performance and organizational success. For instance, research suggests that a positive organizational culture and effective communication can improve employee engagement and job satisfaction [10][11]. A study by Humairoh et al. (2017) found that organizational culture has a significant influence on employee engagement and job satisfaction [13]. Similarly, a study by Mahsyam et al. (2020) found that organizational communication has a significant influence on work motivation [12]. Moreover, research suggests that employee commitment to the organization can be influenced by factors such as perceived organizational support and organizational culture [9][14]. A study by Suryaman (2018) found that higher organizational commitment affects higher employee performance [9]. Similarly, a study by Purnomo et al. (2018) found that employees who have high perceptions of support from their organization produce excellent service quality for the community [14]. In conclusion, although there is limited research on the direct relationship between organizational health and employee awareness of organizational external and internal news, research suggests that a positive organizational culture, effective communication, and employee commitment to the organization can improve employee engagement, job satisfaction, and performance. By improving organizational health and employee awareness of organizational external and internal news, organizations can increase their chances of success and achieve their goals and objectives.
